As the only maker of HBM in the US, can Micron expand fast enough to meet domestic demand, let alone any foreign demand? Will Micron ever have enough production to export? Thanks.

How fast can Micron expand?

I am not sure what this ("Domestic") means:As the only maker of HBM in the US, can Micron expand fast enough to meet domestic demand, let alone any foreign demand? Will Micron ever have enough production to export? Thanks.
Micron makes vast majority of HBM in Asia. DRAM Wafers and packaging
All of the HBM units are shipped to Asia for adding to systems. There is no significant GPU assembly or packaging in the US today. Not sure what "domestic demand" means.
Micron plans to build boise fab and HBM support. was planned for 2026, they delayed it to 2027.... now trying to pull it in. This will be largest boost to Micron capacity, although Micron is expanding other sites for DRAM and HBM packaging.
No volume planned in New york til 2030.
