Fatal violence incident at Intel Arizona site

Chandler, especially Ocotillo, is a great area. I am surprised that there are that many disturbances. The police are abundant and even monitor that divits are replaced after iron shots within 150 yards of the greens. Any entrepreneurial beggers on Chandler street corners are told to move their fund raising north to Tempe.
As far as downtown (next to ASU) Tempe, our building manager put in security codes for our outside elevator 6 months ago to prevent defecation in our office. Perhaps Tempe should send our homeless (they seem to be drug addicts) to California in May. The weather is so much nicer. It is inhumane to have them live in 115 degree temperatures. Does anybody have recommend spots?
