Extending and Leveraging Semi Technology for Massive Future Growth

Semi technology is just at the very beginning of being leveraged into many new areas and this also presents a large opportunity for existing companies in all areas of the semi industry to achieve better economic scale. This economic and technology cycle will start to feed on itself and reach critical mass where it not only changes itself at an ever increasing rate, but our social structure in ways we haven't even imagined. Most in the semi area have not fully realized the power they are playing with and the speed with which it has to literally change everything. Bellow is but one example of massively lowered cost and increased performance in the space of just a few years. Imagine this process extending to almost everything and that is exactly where it is going. The opportunities are infinite, but so are the dangers. We cannot think only about the technologies we work with, but how they will be applied and effect the world around us.
