Excellent Explanation of Qauntum Computing

I found this excellent article with a simplified explanation of quantum computing. This should be enough to give those that are unfamiliar with quantum computing and the massive power it may bring a good starting point in understanding a process that has the potential of being serious disruptor in the not to distant future.
Any opinions or thoughts on this would be appreciated.
