Full Submission Deadline: July 27, 2026
The Design and Verification Conference & Exhibition Europe (DVCon Europe) is the premier European technical conference on system, software, design, verification, validation, and integration. It is a place where the latest methodologies and technologies of tools, languages, and standards for integrated and embedded systems and products are shared and discussed.
Applications of interest include (but are not limited to) automotive, mobile communication, aerospace, healthcare, chip cards, consumer, and power electronics. DVCon Europe solicits submissions related to industrial applications or research in design and verification. Special interest areas are Digital Twin, Internet-of-Things, Functional Safety and Security, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, ADAS, and Digitalization.
DVCon Europe seeks submissions of engineering and research papers, as well as tutorials with highly technical content reflecting real-life experiences as well as research topics.
Submission Instructions:
- - Each paper must not exceed 6 pages (including the abstract, figures, and tables), formatted in IEEE double-column style with a 9pt or 10pt font. An additional page for references is permitted and does not count toward the 6-page limit. Required IEEE templates can be found here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- - The paper must be submitted by July 27, 2026, through the online submission system via the link below.
- - The paper will undergo a double-blind review process. To facilitate this, submissions must not include authors' names. Additionally, prior work by the same authors should be fully referenced and discussed in a manner that does not reveal the authorship of the previous work. To preserve author anonymity in the double-blind review process, avoid including direct links to non-anonymized software. Instead, indicate the open-source contribution in text form only or consider using services like anonymous.4open.science.
- - The addition of new co-authors or re-ordering of authors will not be permitted after the submission deadline.
- - All submitted papers must describe original, unpublished work, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- - All papers will be evaluated based on their relevance to the conference, originality, technical soundness, and experimental results by the technical program committee.
- - Accepted papers will be published through the VDE Verlag in IEEE Xplore.
Camera-ready Paper, Presentation and Registration:
- - A camera-ready version for an accepted paper has to be prepared, adhering to the IEEE format. In addition, a copyright form has to be submitted (see below).
- - At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and present the paper. If anyone other than a co-author of the paper presents the paper at the conference, the paper will be removed from the proceedings.
- - Each paper must be accompanied by at least one full conference registration at the speaker rate. For multiple accepted papers (e.g., two), a separate speaker registration is required for each paper, which can be carried out by the main author or a co-author.
