As we have already seen with exotic materials, China is on the offensive by making the tech sector and much of the world dependent on their supply chains and cheap labor. There is no free lunch and China will play their hand. The only advantage is this game can be played both ways. The question is would you rather play poker with XI or Biden/Kamala on your side?
