Out of curiosity has WB spoken that TSMC is a loser now just like intel and Samsung?
All joking aside I think this story is overblown. Wallstreet has a proven track record of over and under valuing all things technology. Tesla or .com bubbles anyone? What about encouraging intel to reduce investment in technology leadership to get more stock buybacks and make up for the losses in mobile? Another big/obvious miss would be underestimating just how gargantuan and valuable cloud would become.
Long story short let’s not make mountains out of molehills here people. One conservative investor just opened up some liquidity in his portfolio during one of the largest economic downturn since 2008. There is nothing unusual here, this is just investing 101.
