Definitely true. I remember talking to Simon about this. When I was with a small publicly traded company I saw first hand the decisions being made to appease Wall Street and some were innovation stifling.

I really do hope this acquisition goes through. It will be disruptive, absolutely.

Yes but the ARM numbers will not be broken out, same as with Softbank, so Simon will not be under the financial microscope every quarter.
