Exactly. That is why the venue is the USA. YMTC does have a significant patent portfolio, including many it purchased (the specific patents in the suit have not been published AFAIK). In the long run it wants a favorable cross licensing deal.Like ALL patent lawsuits, the goal is not to win, but to get a cut or agreement for the future.
