ARF Design (http://www.arf-design.com) is an analog and mixed signal layout design services company. They provide analog and mixed signal full custom layout services to the semiconductor industries. Their services include analog, RF, mixed-signal and digital layout designs.
ARF Design was started by Mr.Sanjay Kumar , who is having about 10yr experience in Analog layout Designing.Sanjay Kumar - India | LinkedIn he will give training to fresh graduates .
In India there is no institute that is giving training on Analog Layout Design.
I contacted this institute. Initially they told me that I would be getting the training. But after wasting my time for 2 months they had informed that they cannot give training as my current company is a competitor for them. If they are willing to give training for corporates then how can they get the persons who are not working in their competitor company?
We are a company who provide training for electronics graduate freshers and try to provide employment within our company. There were few cases like Anantesh who were working on different domain and want to get trained. We cannot encourage such one as they are already working some where.
We had a couple of bad experiences with the working people who may leave the training in between due to some work pressure and most importantly, some times few projects may get executed in the office where we wont want any one out side person entering into the premises and there is no question of a competitor employee.
I agree this is a late reply, but I was busy with some of the tape outs.
