AMAT, Tokyo Electron scrap merger

This was announced in the Wall Street Journal at 5:52 this morning, due to US regulatory concerns. Any thoughts or comments on this welcome.
 
Gonna hurt AMAT in etch which will help LAM. Look for a TEL/Ebara merger. TEL needs more than Etch and Track and Ebara needs more than pumps and CMP. LAM's the big winner.
