AI management, the skill set of the future?

Picking and working with AI will be the skill set of the future as AI/ML develop at ever accelerating rate. Any thoughts and comments on this change appreciated. Will this skill set become a specialty unto itself and a break from the current educational and training regimens? This approach should save time and effort. Any thoughts, comments or additions welcome. Also how will this impact the current educational systems?
