2D Technology finally arrived

2D technology has arrived and this is just among the very early small steps. This is going to change the semi and materials game in very significant ways and is going to become a whole separate area of technology in it's own right. 2D will apply to semis, structural, optical and just about everything we touch. There have been several 2D materials out there and it looks like their time has come. They are now coming out of the lab and into applications. Let the excitement begin.
The field of 2D technology is broad and deep, so rather than try to cover it here, do some research in your areas of interest, applications are almost limitless as to their uses. Not only will 2D be a disruptor, it will have many unintended consequences. Thoughts and comments welcome as to where this is going and how fast.
