Any technology not yet running in production is always a great technology ahead of schedule with perfect PPA. Its when we start making wafers that things fall apart.

And no, 14A will not sell any production wafers or Intel products in 2027. I am sure they will say its manufacturing ready and then get PRQ 1-2 years later.

Sometimes you have to. From 2016-2020 Buffett heavily invested in US airlines, and lost a bundle selling in 2020. I just sat by when he did that and shook my head a lot. More lately he sold out of Apple too quickly, and missed out on tens of billions in gains.
