I think, it appears, most of "AI" is simply about favouring adjectives with more relations on WordNet or whatever analog of it is in use there.
Kinda wish there was more discussion on other roadmaps outside of IMEC forecasts such as the recently released “IEEE 2024 more Moore” that predicted a six stacked monolithic CFET transistor for the A2 node in 2039.
