What is the max die size of a chip produced with 14nm FinFET of Samsung?

Today we can heard that AMD could use 14nm FinFET of Samsung to realize the next Zen CPUs.
I have a question about this rumor.

How big can be a chip based on 14nm FinFET of Samsung? Actually Samsung is producing small SoCs (like exynos, Ax for Apple, etc). An high performance CPU is a far cry from a low power SoC.

Will be Samsung able to do something like this? Or will AMD produce Zen CPUs in the TSMC FABs?

Thank you. :)
