With the automation of everything from physical to mental tasks, what country or countries will win in this contest and timelines involved? Any thoughts or expansions on this sought and welcomed. The future is definitely speeding up at an ever-increasing rate due to automation.

Agree with Dan on this. I saw some statistics that China has more robots/10000 people than any other country on earth. They're solving their population/worker decline problem with more automation.
