What companies and organizations will lead in building platforms for AI/ML

Now that we have AI/ML at the semi level, what companies will lead in creating AI/ML programs that make maximum use of its potential. What companies might create versions for their own use and will companies like Apple, Amazon and Microsoft dominate by creating their own AI/ML ecosystems for others to use? Will Oracle and what others will be the leaders in creating custom applications? Any other thoughts and comments appreciated.
