Typical IP Content/Cost for Analog IC, Digital & Mixed Signal IC

I have been contemplating for some time with the average IP royalty cost per IC for Analog, Digital & Mixed Singal IC. Considering different transistor scaling, IP content due to feature set and also various wafer size, I presume the average IP royalty cost in term of percentage vs total unit cost for Mixed Signal IC is higher than its counterpart in Analog and Digital peers.
Appreciate if you could chime in to provide further input and insight. I am very keen to know the typical percentage of royalty cost vs total paid for each type of IC.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.
