Exciting news! The 3dblox.org website has officially launched, sharing the latest information on 3Dblox – a groundbreaking open industry standard that aims to simplify 3DIC design and accelerate the adoption of 3DIC technologies.

3Dblox Standard aims to modularize and streamline the 3DIC package solutions that are available in the semiconductor industry

3Dblox Language is a new open industry standard with the goal to promote interoperability and unleash innovation for 3DIC designs

TSMC is a member of the founding 3Dblox Committee, working alongside our OIP partners, including Ansys, Cadence Design Systems, Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software), and Synopsys Inc, to unify the design ecosystem with qualified EDA tools and flows for 3DIC technologies.

The website will populate over the coming months, bringing updates on the various dimensions of 3Dblox advancement.
