Education on new, state-of-the-art developments is the core of CICC's technical program. lecture presentations and poster presentations addressing a broad range of circuits, applications, design techniques, tools, test and reliability, and system-on-a-chip, will be presented in 2014. Awards for Best Paper will be given in both regular and student submission categories. CICC papers are in-depth descriptions of the latest advancements in IC technology and design methods, not product briefs or marketing hype.
The technical sessions are highlighted by invited and tutorial papers presented by leading experts from industry and academia. CICC presents excellent papers, especially in the areas related to emerging technology CICC papers are also eligible for publication in a special issue of the IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits.Click here to go to the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society website.
