Symica PDK

I am exploring Symica tool. I am using Symica Free Version and it does not come with any PDK. Does anybody know where I can find PDK for Symica (can be any technology node)?
 
Symica support iPDK open access. Its also support SKILL. You can easily integrate cadence pdk in it, for academic purpose you can use PTM models in symica.

I have contacted MOSIS and they cannot provide me a PDK. For example Cadence to be converted and used for another EDA (Symica) is not allowed as it's their contract agreement. What is the way to obtain PDK only for example Cadence PDK? Is iPDK based on Synopsys?
