It doesn't change the damage done to ARM reputation. It's quite an unsellable company now, and everybody knows what happens to businesses owned by funky financial funds when they cannot be sold.

Hard to say because this kind of thing only happened in PRC under CCP's watch.

How can an employee who took over employer's identity and kidnapped the company that hired him? The CCP that can control everything in mainland China has done nothing to stop Allen Wu's heist since 2020.

Rule of law, intellectual property protection, freedom of thought, and freedom of speech are the foundation to build a robust, innovative, and long lasting semiconductor industry. I don't see an exception that can go the other way.
