Questions on Process & Product qualification at wafer foundry

Hi All,

While working with wafer foundry on power mosfet manufacturing project, i came across process and product qualification tests requirements. I have some questions on process & product qualification at wafer foundry:


What are typical process qualification tests for the customer owned process (discrete power MOSFETs) that is transferred to the wafer foundry?


What are product qualification tests?
(My understanding: electrical characteristics Rdson, Qg, capacitance etc., reliability parameters )
