Microsoft to use AMD to reduce costs of AI

Mentioned this morning about Microsoft teaming with AMD to make cheaper AI chips over Nvidia. Any thoughts if this is just hot air and a wild rumor or just crazy speculation? C3 AI is up 17% this morning. The CEO said all AI is moving fast they are working with the various different AI models.
