Low Cost Lidar made in Silicon Valley

US manufacturing is not dead and taking place in Sunnyvale, one of the most expensive places on earth to make things. Even their new plant is in Massachusetts. This is but one example of automation keeping the jobs here. It's key that manufacturing and development occur near each other for this has been found critical in many cases in fostering a sustainable high tech ecosystem. I hope this is just the very beginning of highly automated manufacturing in California. This will be especially critical for the long term survival of a dynamic Silicon Valley.
