Kirin9010 was fabricated with mysterious lithography machine

Last time he found Athena AH74 alignment mark on Kirin9000s,which indicates that Kirin9000s was fabricated with ASML machines.

But this time on Kirin9010,he did not find any alignment mark from ASML or Nikon or Canon. Could this mean that Kirin9010 was fabricated with lithography machine from a different manufacturer?

The alignment marks would be place in the middle of the scribe lines, so I’d expect them to be cut in half after dicing. Lots of detail in the video but I don’t believe the conclusion.

If it is cut in half, you might still see it. Due to it is not 1x1 reticle, it could be quite possible that this die coincidently did not include alignmark in peripheral scribe lanes.
