I saw this post earlier -- I'm not sure if this is the FDX variant specifically, but Zen 2's I/O die was built in Glo Fo 12nm:

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X and Ryzen 7 3700X Review: Zen 2 and 7nm Unleashed
AMD's Ryzen 3000 series promises more performance and value via the benefits of the 7nm process and Zen 2 microarchitecture.www.tomshardware.com
That should include PCIe interfaces on top of a lot of other I/O. I'm not sure if this helps.
AMD still sells Zen 2 based kit (brand new) today, though I think it's all been migrated to TSMC (monolithic on N6/N7).
You are correct -- Zen 2 launched in 2019; and as 12FDX got delayed ("no rush for 12FDX" around the time GloFo dropped 7nm), the earliest tape outs were expected late 2020.I believe that is a GF 14nm variant versus GF FDX SOI?
Did it ever catch on the 12nm stuff.
Been doing some qual for 12nm GF , so they must have some customers somewhere?
Maybe the US Govt got some interest?
