Insights on SMEE's 28nm lithography tool?

The press articles are very basic, if you have better details on the capabilities of this tool please share - thanks!
 
From this tweet, a 28 nm demo prototype was released at the beginning of the year. Yield data accumulation could take a year and a half.

Don't take anything from these kind of rumour,there is almost no authentic information regarding SMEE machines on internet.

All I know is that there will be no official announcement from SMEE by the time they start to shipping new machines to fab,in light of current circumstances,nor will they put the new model on official website,so don't expect to see anything new on SMEE website. That was according to SMEE employee

It makes sense that at this time, they will keep the official DUV self-sufficiency status unknown.
 
If they get it working would make them the second only manufacturer of immersion steppers (besides ASML)?
