Efficient use of all resources, time, material, space, learning, information, and energy is at the heart of the semiconductor world that has brought mankind the greatest benefits ever, and these hard-won challenges are just the beginning of what we need to keep this one world we live on livable and prosperous. From batteries, sensors, solar, communications, and computational power to name just a few aspects of the semi-world to make the world a better place, Automation of everything is coming and if handled with care and wisdom will be one of the greatest revolutions mankind has ever seen.
