Data centers generate large amounts of waste heat and should be located where there is a market for it, especially with rapidly rising energy prices. Any thoughts on how this could be accomplished?

Yeah um.... there's still thermodynamics which limits the amount of energy you can extract from heat difference between two temperatures. (Carnot's Law)I know graphene is technological catnip soaked in snake oil, but recent manufacturing advancements have made for some very cool research on its application as a thermoelectric generator. Membranes are packaged with the chips and vibrate with increasing temperature, magically turning heat into an AC current source which can be harvested by a simple boost converter.
