Cypress Semi back on track after settling with T.J. Rodgers

T.J. Rodgers finally prevailed in his efforts to straighten out how the Cypress board of directors operates. Never underestimate the efforts of one individual as determined as T.J. Rodgers.

Cypress Semiconductor reaches settlement with former CEO Rodgers

Ray Bingham was a former Cadence CEO who resigned from the Cypress board last month, not a good experience on his resume.

One of the new board members is one of my favorites Dan McCranie, who I worked for at Virage. He sold Virage to Synopsys for a premium and turned around On Semi. So expect great things from Cypress. Mike Wishart, CEO of eFabless, is also on the Cypress board.
