Chiplet supplier dynamics

The chiplet model marks a departure from the generations of monolithic integration. Not just multiple gate oxides on a SoC, but actually parts from different fabs. The supply dynamics gets interesting. AMD combines TSMC 7nm with GlobalFoundries 14nm. Intel uses its own processes, but combines 10nm with 22nm for Foveros.
