Apple Ear Buds are Awsome!

My household is split on this, some use them and some don't. My wife has delicate ear holes so she buys padded ones. Good news for me because I get hers. Unfortunately I lose them on occasion and buying new ones for $30+ is a bit painful. I happened to show a bit of pain yesterday when I bought some and one of the Apple Geniuses pulled me aside and gave me an Earbud lesson.

Currently I use them for music, phone calls and playing with Siri. Mostly just on/off and volume. You can also do that with video. Skipping songs I knew about but fast forwarding and rewinding music/video I did not. You can take photos which I did not know. Hanging up a call I knew but switching or rejecting calls with earbuds was a mystery to me. I also think they sound better than the knock offs but I'm not a great judge of sound nor do I know much about the technical specs. $32+ is still a lot but it is easy to suffer knowing they do more. Did I miss anything?

Do you get any ear fatigue with these after several hours of use?

Do they fit snugly enough that you can run and do other physical activity?

I have worn earbuds while cycling and riding my rollers, however I try to avoid that because I go a bit stir crazy cycling in place.

I'm not much of an earbud person because I value audio fidelity over compactness, so I wear the Bose over-ear headset instead.

That is ingenious to make a single button do so many different actions with the ear buds, however it kind of reminded me of learning Morse code.
