Hello Guys,
I was listening to a podcast where there have been some talks about CoW-R technology in upcoming iPhones. Does anybody got some information on that? I did not understand too much of this talk to be honest and I would like to inform myself about this. CoW stands for Chips on Wafer - does the R stand for RDL? Would be happy if someone could give some more basic information about this process and what makes it special.
Thanks,
Tobias
