AI Privacy and Security, Many Questions

When using AI, it exposes any input into the world around it. Will they build data centers and programs where working with AI, the information can go in, but not out and will even the searches AI does reveal much about the user even if the application of the AI information is kept in a secure data center or environment. How AI is used by a party will expose much unless the AI runs independently of the outside world. Any thoughts on structures, architectures and methods of maintaining security without degrading functionality would be appreciated.
