AI/ML Einstein's Rules put on Steroids? Education and Patents/Copyrights obsolete as they now stand, Worldwide Conflict?

Einstein followed the rule "Don't memorize anything you cand look up" will be put on steroids when it extends not only to information, but the processing of said information. This will rapidly automate many of the functions now executed at the professional level. On top of this, as the AI/ML is used, it will start to learn on its own as it receives feedback on its results. When it does make a mistake, it should only make it once, which is far better than most humans. Since most AI/ML will reside in data centers it will learn far faster than humans for it will constantly update itself and the more users it has the faster it will advance. This will give first users a huge advantage and make the copyright ecosystem as the data bases and software will be protected just as any intellectual property. This will require changes to a copyright and even patent system that will start moving at ever increasing speed as the consume ever more data and feedback to advance ever faster. This will vastly leverage a few and leave ever more behind. The whole system of education and training as it now stands will also be rendered obsolete and in need of updating as will the patent and copyright systems around the world. Since data knows no geographic borders, this will have to done on an international level. As knowledge is power, the world may go into knowledge wars as AI/ML creates massive value beyond the imagination at a speed not even contemplated just a few years. Any thoughts comments and additions sought and appreciated. Also, what companies may be the winners in these changes?
