The 13th edition of the Streaming Readout (SRO XIII) workshop will be held in Catania, Italy, from December 9- 11, 2025.
Alphacore’s CEO, Dr. Esko Mikkola, will explain how the company’s low-power streaming readout technology is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of large sensor arrays used in calorimetry, MKIDs, and advanced scientific imaging systems. He will be speaking on Dec 10 at 5:10 pm.
By tightly integrating low-noise front-end circuitry with high-efficiency ADCs, Alphacore’s streaming readout architecture significantly reduces overall system power and minimizes bulky analog wiring. Notably, this new technology enables continuous, high-fidelity data streaming while improving noise performance—an essential advantage for next-generation particle detectors and precision imaging instruments that must operate with strict thermal and power budgets.
Learn how the company’s readout ASICs consolidate multi-channel preamplifiers and digitizers integrate into a compact, scalable platform, allowing sensor designers to move digitization directly to the detector plane.
Alphacore’s streaming technology provides a pathway to modular, low-power, and high-throughput readout solutions tailored to cutting-edge particle physics experiments and large-format scientific imagers.
