1. Identify and assess current and future training needs
2. Develop and implement high-impact training programs that address business needs for all levels of employees
3. Manage and utilize external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs
4. Study and deploy a wide variety of training methods
5. Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness
6. Mobilize training resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness

 

Qualifications

 

1. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Learning & Development or HR related fields.
2. Master’s degree or above in Human Resource, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields
3. Passionate about L&D (Learning and Development) domain
4. Solid track record in designing and executing successful training programs
5. Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
6. Good coaching or facilitation skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
