Senior Linux Administrator

Job Type – Consultant/Part-time

Basic Requirements:

BE/B.Tech/Diploma/Graduate

• 5-10 years of Linux Admin experience
• Hands on experience on popular Linux OS like RedHat, Centos, Ubuntu etc
• In-depth knowledge of Linux Server, troubleshooting and storage implementation
• Good understanding of OS and applications
• Hand-on shell scripting
• Good troubleshooting & communication skills

Job Description :

• Install and maintain server hardware and software systems
• Administer server performance and ensure their high availability
• Implement and maintain system backup and restore mechanisms
• Create and maintain scripts for process automation and monitoring
• Monitor everyday systems and evaluate availability of server resources
• Assist to configure and deploy virtual machines and install and provide backup to all configuration procedures
