Dassault Systemes Services’ mandate is to insure customer success with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its apps. That success begins with the partnership with the Dassault Systemes ecosystem (the sales, R&D and industry teams) to define a new operating model to execute client engagements and deliver transformational projects. Work in collaboration with the DS ecosystem in order to manage the engagement model on key customer projects. Demonstrating the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and how it can help the customer achieve their business and strategic objectives. The Program Director has this responsibility to jointly work with the Sales Client Executive on governance and strategy. What will your role be?

As a program director of a large and/or strategic program, you will be responsible for collaborating and guiding sales, industry, services and R&D teams in the sales, growth, and operational execution of said program. Work with the sales client executives in the establishment of sales strategies as well as the definition and establishment of the overall client governance model. Interacting with the sales client executive as applicable, you will develop/maintain client’s executive relationships as well as partner executive relationships in the performance of your duties. In addition, communicate with, report to, and/or work with internal executives, PMO, and applicable work stream leaders in ensuring the client’s needs, objectives, and value statements are met with satisfaction and on time, within budget, and within established margins.

As the program director, you will share responsibility for the overall management of the client and associated programs/projects with the client executive.

The challenges ahead

  • Provide direction during presales, sales or services engagements that align with program needs, planning, and overall strategy
  • Develop and define the strategy for the customer engagement and growth of the program to achieve financial, margin and technological goals combined with the client’s goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during demonstrations or strategy development to be the voice of the client.
  • Bring both the client and Dassault Systemes’ program team together to achieve defined expectations, deliver value within the applicable business objectives and identify other areas of opportunity that are mutually beneficial.

Your key success factors?

Candidate must have a strong background in developing and maintaining executive relationships. Be able to create and deliver executive presentations. Strong communicator, decisive, ability and desire to take initiative. Abilitiy to identify and develop internal relationships, coordinating with applicable Industry and/or R&D Teams, and GEO sales, tech sales, and services organizations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree combined with experience leading holistic business transformations – defining technological, process and methodology modifications at an enterprise level.
  • Familiar with the concepts of PMBOK, SCRUM Master, SAFe/Agile and Dev Ops methodologies are an assets
  • Implement and manage effective RIO methodologies
  • A minimum of 10 years leading customer-facing projects related to the delivery of enterprise software application.
  • A minimum of 10 years in effectively leading large teams, finance management and awareness of legal issues pertinent to services projects.
  • A minimum of 15 years in running the deployment of product lifecycle management enterprise software is a plus.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management knowledge (Scope/Quality/ Costs/ Scheduling/Risks)
  • Must have 5 – 10 years of experience in managing the development/certification of pharmaceuticals and/or therapeutics.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with the C-level
  • Demonstrate oral and written proficiency with the English language.

  • Open and available to travelling 60-75%
