Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a vast experience in EDA or Design & Verification domain in the Semiconductor Industry. The appropriate person will setup best practices for development of the product and manage various ongoing projects and Teams.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/Computers/Telecom Engineering

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally proven in a management & technical role
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and nurture a team
• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
• Self-motivated and positive attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a high-speed environment

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineering leader & technical guide. Hiring, mentoring team on best practices and creating detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff.
• Coordinate and become an interface with the other departments like HR & Marketing.
• Propose and oversee timelines for engineering projects to ensure timely customer delivery.
• Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by the engineering team.
• Spearhead various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers and the engineering team.
