Summary of Role:

GF Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is hiring a leader who has experience in Semiconductor manufacturing operations, Semiconductor supply chain, Business transformation. As a leading voice on this team, you deliver unique and relevant insights that help our senior leadership team guide the enterprise through tactical and strategic decisions. Within GF’s approach to Supply Chain, your work is enabled by deep Semiconductor industry knowledge and data-driven analytics.  Delivery performance and efficient use of working capital is a key focus of your role.  Identifying supply chain trends that impact our supply chain design will be a key input to your optimization of GF’s manufacturing strategy.

The Central Planning team is a highly matrixed team that is responsible for development and optimization of GF’s financial plan, current quarter guidance recommendation and tracking execution to meet CFO expectations, tracking of Long term agreements (LTA) execution, Corporate PO cut-off’s, etc.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with various functions of ISC Operations team and x-functionally with Fabs, Finance, IT, IE, Sales, etc to delivery GF revenue plan while managing customer delivery and satisfaction.
• Drive and explain why are numbers changing CoC (cycle over cycle)- so executive staff can make informed decision. An ideal candidate has to enjoy digging into numbers various different ways to identify gaps/ improvement actions.
• Partner with Analytics team to drive analytics synergy and digitize reports for faster decision making and single source of truth.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
• 10+ years of x-functional experience in Semiconductor Supply Chain, Semiconductor planning.
• Good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills, and comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience working with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in Supply Chain or related discipline
• Industry contacts and solid network in the Semiconductor ecosystem
• Experienced speaker at industry level conferences and workshops
• Experience working with international and diverse teams and with multiple levels of management
• Good communicator with excellent verbal and writing skills, and comfortable presenting to executive audiences
