HR Project Manager (ESG Program)

• Develop strategies to drive the company’s ESG objectives and partner closely with HR key stakeholders in HR domain.
• Initiate, support and work on activities, which reinforce diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Conduct benchmark and research analysis on social aspect of company ESG report. This involves reviewing company documents, such as sustainability reports, annual reports, as well as other corporate and third-party publications.
• Responsible for content management of ESG reports. Track and edit input from different functions in HR.

• Minimum 5 years of ESG / CSR related experience.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a team environment under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of project management
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Attention to details and willingness to be agile and flexible
• Passionate about driving the culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging with related HR experience in supporting diversity and inclusion programs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player is highly required
• Experience in writing corporate ESG reports is preferred
