Director of Performance Modeling

As a Director of Performance Modeling at Arteris, you will work with an expert team to design solutions for the world’s most sophisticated SoC designs. You will provide customers with performance analysis and estimation solutions for SoC systems, using leading edge software. • Set priorities for the team, get results across functional teams, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• 5+ years of experience hands-on leadership / managing a team.
• 10+ years’ experience with ASIC and SoC design.
• Experience modeling IP using C++
• You are excited about using software to accelerate ASIC design.

Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

• You ideally have knowledge of ARM/MIPS processors, cache coherence, and on-chip interfaces such as AXI, ACE, and CHI.
• You have a good working knowledge of SystemC and/or TLM2.0
• You ideally have SoC or IP development/integration experience.
• You ideally have experience with code generators to create configurable hardware descriptions.

Education Requirements:

• Master in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related field.
