Perforce develops DevOps tools that improve software quality and security as well as team productivity for several of the world’s leading companies, such as PIXAR, CD Projekt Red, NASA, Verizon, Honda, NVIDIA.
Position Summary:
Perforce is looking for a part time (20 hours a week) contract video editor! Could be great fit for a contractor looking for a longer term project or newer college graduate wanting to build their resume.
This position will work closely with the Multimedia Specialist and marketing team to produce and manage video and web content highlighting the Perforce Software solutions. From capturing product tutorials and directing on camera interviews to custom animations and assisting with media management, video migrations, and video captions, this position will enjoy a variety of multimedia disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing to produce a range of educational, promotional, and demonstrational videos.
- Storyboard, produce and deliver a variety of videos with internal and external stakeholders.
- Repurpose new and existing content for presentation in multiple digital formats.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience with digital video creation/editing/content creation.
- 1-2 years of experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
- 1-2 years of experience with roles on set such as sound, lighting, camera, and direction.
- Basic motion graphics knowledge (lower thirds, transitions, etc.)
- Understanding of Camtasia or comparable screen recording software
- Experience with video hosting platforms (Wistia, YouTube, Vimeo)
