SUMMARY

Ansys is looking for an experienced data-driven tech industry global campaign manager to deliver marketing excellence in the planning, alignment, and delivery of integrated campaigns to be deployed globally. They will partner with the regional sales/marketing teams and the global digital team to build and drive effective campaigns to achieve marketing generated revenue and targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work collaboratively with global digital team for execution and optimization of global campaigns including messaging, design and execution planning.
  • Ensure alignment of content strategy with campaign plans by working closely with global content managers and BU content developers
  • Identify and analyze gaps and action plants to course-correct throughout a campaign to optimize the program’s performance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing and Product Marketing to align on strategies and tactics for reaching new markets and landing and expanding in top accounts,  reporting insights across programs.
  • Daily management of appropriate metrics for tracking performance vs plan
  • Working with the marketing operations team to setup and manage campaigns performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting
  • Provide detailed analysis at global and regional levels to understand and improve campaign performance
  • Manage the day-to-day management activities of a campaign (e. g. project management activities, periodic management meetings, performance measurement, budgeting), including working with a cross-functional team to drive activity tracking and support execution against campaign goals and objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and executing multi-touch, integrated campaigns, primarily in B2B technology
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results.
  • Experience with CRM automation tools including Salesforce, Pardot or equivalent
