Within Dassault Systèmes’ EMEAR legal department, which is made up of around twenty people, you will be more particularly integrated into the Legal Eurowest team. Based at the group’s global headquarters, it works closely with Dassault Systèmes’ business teams in France, Spain, Portugal, Africa and the Middle East.
Your future challenges…
Within the Legal Eurowest team, you will interact daily in an international and dynamic environment to take on the following missions:
- Support to the team’s lawyers for the drafting and negotiation of contracts based on existing models. This will more particularly concern software and cloud license agreements, service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
- Support to the lawyers of the team in their responses to the operational teams (sales teams, service teams, R&D) within the various projects.
- Carry out a legal, regulatory and jurisprudential watch in Contract Law and Computer Law.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the life and numerous projects of the group’s legal department, with other experts from different specialties.
Your assets for success…
Student in university or business school, looking for an apprenticeship contract for a period of 12 months.
Specialty(s) / Option(s) desired: Master’s degree in Contract Law / Computer Law / Intellectual Property, or Business School.
Desired technical and professional skills:
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- An appetite for new technologies and Intellectual Property.
- You are able to evolve in a technical and international environment
- You are rigorous, have relational qualities and communication skills both orally and in writing, which will facilitate collaborative teamwork.
- You have the ability to analyze and synthesize legal issues and business needs and you know how to manage priorities.
- Curiosity and a great capacity for adaptation and involvement are assets for success in this position.
Type of contract :
Under apprenticeship contract only, for a period of 12 months.
