Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and project management to the Southern California business team
  • Coordinate with cross-functional (IT, HR, Facility, Building Management, etc.) teams on administrative support for the San Diego office and team members.
  • Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    • Calendar management
    • Travel booking and tracking
    • Expense reports
    • Preparations of reports and presentations
    • Department meetings and event planning
    • Management of account management projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage schedules
  • Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment yet to maintain attention to details and quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and team skills, and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Mandarin speaking/writing preferred but not required
