Socionext plans to tape out a compute chiplet on TSMC A14 in 2026-Sep
. Socionext = a fabless SoC company in Japan
. TSMC A14 is scheduled for Production from 2028, this tape out must be a part of a A14 MPW run for testing/development
. how about Intel 14A MPW runs, anyone has some info?
